Christmas Came Early!

When I went to pick Abby up from day care today, I peeked in the door as I usually do. I just love to watch her when she doesn't see me. As soon as she does see me, she throws herself on the floor and screams until I pick her up. Good habit, right?

Imagine my absolute SHOCK when I see her holding onto this rolling toy thing, WALKING across the room. Like an old Pro!! I think I might have screamed (well, squealed). The girl was like "Yea, she loves that thing, she uses it all the time". Say What????

I called Stu as soon as we got in the car and told him about it. I don't think that he even believed me (or thought that I was exaggerating).

So as soon as we got home, Stu and I decided to let Abby open a present early.

She loves the wrapping paper.

Ripping it to shreds.

Mommy trying to help (I was more excited than she was).
If you can't tell, it is a toy that she can walk with.

Playing with the wheels.

**Sorry for all the short shorts pictures, I should have made him put some pants on**
Big Bad Daddy says, "I don't need no directions". Five minutes later, "Where are the instructions to this thing?" Hmmm

I am not kidding, we put this bad boy together, she grabbed it and TOOK OFF!
Stu's jaw just dropped.

Not only would she walk the length of our kitchen, but when she hit the end of it, she would manuever it back around and go the length of it again. We honestly watched her play with this thing for about an hour.

She walks like a person that has two broken legs. Just swinging them around and around.

About a month ago, Stu started complaining about how I lost the video camera, how irresponsible I was, how expensive it was, blah, blah, blah. I really just ignored him. Finally one day, I heard him on the phone with his mom talking about it AGAIN.
I screamed, "Set the oven timer for five minutes, Fool!!"
I found that sucker in 58 seconds, no lie.
But we still havent charged it (charging now), so we didnt get a video. Maybe tomorrow night.

Converted to a seated toy. She only figured out how to go backwards, but will get there eventually.

Pretty sure she liked it the other way for now.

A few more Christmas pictures:

Our Christmas cards shipped today from the manufacturer. Hopefully they will arrive tomorrow to me. Then I will work like one of Santa's Elves to get them shipped out by the weekend. I can't wait!!!!
